<br />Performed Topographic Survey, survey to including following items: <br />Depict Right of Way information based on the City of Miami Street ATLAS sheets, record plats and property appraisal database including all <br />current dedicated areas. <br />Survey limits to extend from Right of Way to Right of Way along the corridor 15 feet into the private properties. <br />Topo survey to extend 150 feet from the end of radius return into the intersecting streets. <br />Locate all above ground features, including site lot lines, trees (Height, caliper, species), House number, Gates and Driveways. <br />Collect Rim elevations, invert elevations, bottom of structure and pipe material. <br />Take elevation shots (Cross section elevations) at 25-foot intervals. <br />Elevations to be referenced to City of Miami Datum <br />Locate all existing ADA ramps and existing driveway approaches. <br />HC will deliver three signed and sealed copies of the resulting map of survey in addition <br />Limits of the Survey to extend 15 feet into the private properties along the corridor (when not accessible take elevation shots on the ground) <br />d.
