BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />Continuing services contract – professional engineering services <br />Continuing services contract – professional engineering services provided for the <br />following: <br /> <br />Title: Sanitary Sewer Master Plan <br />Description of Work: SRS Engineering, Inc. provided civil engineering services for <br />the preparation of a sanitary sewer master plan that required obtaining <br />information on existing sewer systems, developing a conceptual master plan <br />involving the layout of proposed sewer systems and estimated costs of projects. <br /> <br />Services consist of general project management such as attending City meeting <br />with City of South Miami staff to establish project guidelines and requirements, <br />attending meetings with MDWASD. As well as, gathering all available data by <br />performing site visits and reviewing available utility <br />records, MDWASD sewer atlas and as-build drawings. The preparation of the conceptual master plan contains 12 <br />subarea master plans, design conceptual layout plans, determining if pump station and force mains are needed, <br />scheduling and attending meetings with the City to submit and review the Master Plan layouts plans and conceptual <br />designs.
