<br />EXPERIENCE WITH RECREATIONAL AND PARK DEVELOPMENT

<br />SRS Engineering, Inc. has designed many recreational projects for local parks and private
<br />developments. Our experience comprises of a multi-year consulting contract with Miami-Dade Parks
<br />and Recreation Department in which we provided engineering design and construction management
<br />services. Below is a list of parks and recreational projects we completed. These projects consisted of
<br />several walkways/trails, bike paths, trail bridges, access roads, site development such as clubhouses,
<br />restrooms, park facility buildings, picnic areas, an equestrian center with equestrian trails, canoe ramps,
<br />playgrounds, parking areas, water and sewer improvements, drainage improvements and marinas. All
<br />together, we have designed over 23 park and recreational projects.

<br />Miami-Dade County Parks: Haulover Park Marina, Crandon Park Marina and Golf Course, Palmetto
<br />Golf Course, Miller Lakes, Three Lakes, North Trail, Reach Park, Deerwood, Eureka Villas, Eureka,
<br />Southern Estates, Spanish Lakes, A.D. Barnes, Chapman Field, Kendall Indian Hammocks, and
<br />Tropical Park Equestrian. City of Coral Gables Parks: Matheson Hammock Marina, Riviera, and
<br />Salvador. City of Miami Parks: Martin L. King, Alice Wainwright, Miami Marine Stadium and Virrick.
<br />City of Hialeah Park: Casas and Countyline.

<br />Most of these projects contained site improvements planning, park facilities layouts such as park
<br />administration, maintenance buildings, parking lots, access roads, field drainage improvements, water
<br />and sewer systems, sewer pump stations,
<br />walkways, and bike paths. Our scope of work
<br />encompassed the project management,
<br />coordinating work with all the subconsultants,
<br />design and preparation of construction documents,
<br />specifications, preparation of construction cost
<br />estimates, permitting through the various regulatory
<br />agencies and departments, bid phase services such
<br />as conducting pre-bid meeting and review of bids;
<br />construction phase services like conducting site
<br />inspections, responding to RFI’s, review of shop
<br />drawing, and final close out.
