<br />City of Hialeah, Section 26 Sewer Improvements Principal-In-Charge for the preparation of
<br />construction drawings for a new regional pump station consisting of a submersible pump station
<br />with 4 submersible pumping units (215 HP) with a peak capacity of 8,880 GPM (12.8 MGD) and
<br />valve chamber. The project also encompassed the design of upgrade improvements to 11 existing
<br />pump stations (PS 132, PS 133, PS 134, PS 135, PS 137, PS 138, PS 139, PS 140, PS 141, PS
<br />142, and PS 144). Including replacement of existing pumping units, new electrical control panels
<br />replacement of PS piping, new valve vaults and new telemetry systems. Oversaw construction
<br />drawings for approximately 15,600 LF of sewer force main pipelines (8-inch to 30-inch diameter),
<br />and 8,226 LF of 48-inch and 3,999 LF of 36-inch transmission sewer force main pipelines, as well
<br />as 48-inch pipe canal crossing.
<br />Homestead, Florida- Homestead Air Force Base, Pump Station No. 934 Principal-In-Charge
<br />of the preparation of construction documents for upgrading PS #934 to MDWASD standards.
<br />Responsible for design of construction documents, demolition drawings, structural details, new
<br />electrical controls, SCADA, and new 12-inch force main. Work comprised of obtaining permits,
<br />construction management tasks, inspections, and close out.
<br />City of Hialeah- Master Plan and Water/Sewer Transmission Mains of Annex Area Principal-
<br />In-Charge of the engineering design of a water and sewer infrastructure required to serve the
<br />newly annexed area of the City of Hialeah. The project included the preparation of a water and
<br />sewer master plan for the newly annexed area. Preparation of construction documents for water
<br />and sewer transmission mains to serve the annexed area containing the design of approximately
<br />1,480 LF of 24-inch gravity sanitary sewer mains, 10,724 LF of 24-inch force main extensions,
<br />3,229 LF of 36-inch force main extensions, and 12,166 LF of 36-inch water main extensions.
<br />City of Miami- MDWASD Pump Stations Upgrades Principal-In-Charge for the engineering
<br />design and composition of construction documents (Plans and Specifications) for the construction
<br />of upgrades to existing Pump Stations. Upgrades included pump units, electrical control panels,
<br />electrical services, wet wells, telemetry systems, valve vaults and fittings. As well as replacement
<br />of PS piping, demolition of existing pump stations, and associated site improvements. Other
<br />services provided were plans processing and permitting, along with bid phase services. (Pump
<br />Station Nos. 7, 64, 140, 427, 430, 502, 767, and 1018).
