<br /> <br /> <br />Ignacio Serralta, PE <br /> <br /> <br />conducting a hydraulic analysis of the proposed force main and pump station to determine size of <br />line and pump and verify compliance with previous prepared Annex Area Water and Sewer Master <br />Plan. <br />City of Miami- NE 26th Avenue Project Manager for design of the NE 26th Avenue Drainage <br />Improvement Project, involving the drainage improvements over an area of 9 acres, including <br />drainage pump station, by-pass drainage structures, and canal outlet. <br />City of Hialeah- W 36th Avenue Principal-in-Charge overseeing the design, preparation of <br />construction documents, plan permitting, and pre-construction phase support services to the City <br />of Hialeah for the construction W 36th Avenue between NW 138th Street and NW 154th Street. The <br />total length of project was approximately 5,400 linear feet and consisted of a 100’ wide, 4-lane <br />roadway with center median. <br />City of Hialeah- NW 97th Avenue Principal-in-Charge in charge of managing the design, <br />preparation of construction documents, plans permitting, and provide pre-construction phase <br />support services to the City of Hialeah for the construction of NW 97th Avenue (aka W 36th Avenue) <br />between N.W. 138th Street (W 84th Street) to W 76th Street. The total length of project was <br />approximately 2,600 linear feet. The new roadway requirements included a minimum of 100’ wide <br />roadway with center median. <br />City of Miami- Various Locations Principal-in-Charge directing the engineering design work for <br />the reconstruction of several existing local roadways. The total length of the projects was <br />approximately 26 miles of roadways. <br />City of Miami- SW 120th Street Principal-in-Charge for the engineering design, preparation of <br />construction documents and permitting for the extension of SW 120th Street extension between <br />SW 142nd Avenue and SW 157th Avenue. Design included the geometric design of the bridge over <br />the C-1 canal. <br />Cayman Islands- Ritz Carlton Hotel Project Manager for the preliminary design plans of new <br />Roadway and bridge for the Ritz Carlton Hotel in the Cayman Islands. Design included <br />vertical/horizontal alignment, cross sections drainage, structural elements, and traffic engineering. <br /> <br />Miami-Dade County- Florida International University Project Manager/Design Engineer for <br />design of SW 15th Street and SW 116th Avenue Roadways for Florida International University. <br />Work involved paving, grading, drainage, channelization, signage, pavement marking, <br />landscaping and roadway lighting. <br />City of Coral Gables- Ponce de Leon Boulevard Principal-in-Charge of Median Improvements <br />(CEI) on a LAP agreement CEI project in City of Coral Gables. Construction administration support <br />and inspection services during the construction of Ponce de Leon Boulevard Median Beautification <br />65
