Patricia Bosch, P.E. PROJECT MANAGER Ms. Patricia Bosch is a Design Engineer, Project Manager and Licensed Professional with over six years’ experience in engineering design. She has overseen the design of several site developments, water and sewer systems, hydraulic designs, storm drainage systems, roadway improvements, pump stations and field studies for flood prone areas. Her work has included an array of projects in both public and private sectors. She is familiar with preparing feasibility reports, cost estimates and working closely with a design team to achieve the client’s goals and expectations. Key Projects Miami, Florida- Christopher Columbus High School Project Manager for the civil engineering design and construction of the new parking and classroom building. Development of detailed design drawings, specifications, permitting and site visits that were performed for the water, fire and sewer services, paving, grading and drainage. Miami Gardens, Florida- Vista Lago Residential Development Project Manager for the civil engineering design of the plans and specifications for the construction of an approximately 113 townhouses, 168 multi-family units and 120 condominiums. Tasks included pre-design meetings, site demolition plan, geometry plan, pavement marking and signage plan, assisting in the site development and the civil design of all on-site roadways, paving and grading, drainage and storm water management systems, water and sewer systems, and a sewer pump station. Services also included design of off-site roadway improvements along adjacent roads, contracting and coordinating all geotechnical investigations, environmental studies and permitting. Further engineering design plans were needed for the construction of new water line connections, backflow preventors, and water meters. City of Miami- MDWASD Pipeline Upgrades D2-A-2 Project Engineer for engineering design of water and sewer pipelines, including approximately 4,710 LF of 8-inch PVC C900 DR 25 gravity sewer mains, and 2,952 LF of 12- inch DIP dry water mains, and 1,482 LF of 8-inch DIP sewer force main. Furthermore, Ms. Bosch assisted in the design of the pump station that consisted of preparation of construction documents for a reinforced concrete elevated platform and steps for the pump station. Project included dry run permitting and RER/FDEP/Health Department permit. Sunny Isles Beach, Florida- Marina Del Mar II Design Engineer responsible for design, permitting and associated construction phase services for the construction of residential development along Kings Point Drive in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. The development consisted of two towers, the West Tower (a 17-story, 128-unit tower building and 850 space parking garage), and the South Tower (a 17-story, 128-unit tower building and surface parking lot).
