<br />agencies included SFWMD, USACE and Broward County. Mr. Freedman and E Sciences’ staff conducted construction inspections

<br />The City of Deerfield Beach CRA received grant funding to improve its Sullivan Park property located on the Intracoastal Waterway.
<br />Improvements include upland features (i.e. new bathroom facilities, a splash park, landscaping, etc.) and in-water infrastructure
<br />including a dock for kayaking and paddle boarding and finger piers for boats. E Sciences was engaged by the project design firm
<br />to initially assist with the master plan and then to provide permitting support during design. E Sciences’ services included
<br />conducting a benthic resource survey, coordinating with the permitting agencies, and preparing permit applications. Mr. Freedman
<br />was the project manager for this project. Project Budget/Fees: $41,833

<br />provide the Coastal Construction Control Line permitting for the project. Tasks included conducting vegetative analysis and

<br />This project involved a multi-disciplinary landscape architecture and environmental restoration plan for the waterways and tidal
<br />pool within the museum’s property, balancing ecological function with creative landscape aesthetics. E Sciences developed
<br />planting designs based on historic flora inventories, including mangroves, native hardwood hammock and coastal scrub species,
<br />resulting in improved recreational functions and values and water quality. Mr. Freedman served as the project manager for the
<br />construction administration portion of this project, including evaluating contractor qualifications and conducting compliance

<br />Mr. Freedman served three days a week as an in-house environmental specialist in the FDOT District Four Planning and
<br />Environmental Management Office. Tasks included performing environmental phase reviews and preparing and reviewing NEPA
<br />documentation for over 70 roadway and bridge projects including field identification of listed species habitat, wetlands, historic
<br />resources, Section 4(f) resources, and contaminated sites. Contract Budget/Fees: $6,857,273
