Maximizing electronic information transfer (e-mail), <br />3. Conference calls, and <br />4. Providing prompt meeting minutes. <br />We will schedule progress meetings as often as the City’s project manager deems necessary and they <br />will be provided with monthly progress reports that include action items that also identify the individual <br />responsible for following up. <br />Only highly competent and experienced professionals will be committed to the project, and they will be <br />provided with the necessary resources to assure success.-
