<br />two islands (Sunset Islands 3 and 4) off the Miami Beach west coast, along the inter-coastal waterway. The project consists of
<br />the replacement of 8" potable water mains, the lining of existing sanitary sewer mains, a completely new storm water drainage
<br />system, including discharge pumps and outfalls, the undergrounding of all existing overhead utilities, new service connections to
<br />all properties, complete roadway reconstruction and grading with new pavement section and curb, landscaping, signage and
<br />striping. Cost: $7.75 million; Fee: $790,153.76

<br />exploration; survey/as-built drawing review from local utilities; civil engineering regarding the site and initial site plan; and design
<br />and plan preparation including the demolition, earthwork, paving, grading, drainage, water, signing and marking, details,
<br />specifications and stormwater pollution prevention plans. Cost: $90,000; Fee: $40,435

<br />Principal Project Manager. CMA provided preliminary civil engineering and related services for the Merrick Manor Sanitary Sewer
<br />project for Coral Gables. The project consists of the design, permitting and construction administration effort for the replacement
<br />and upsizing of just under 1,600 LF of existing gravity sewer (8”/10” VCP per City of Coral Gables As-builts to 12”) in an existing
<br />commercial district in the City of Coral Gables in support of a development located on the corner of Altara Avenue and LeJeune
<br />Road by the Astor Companies. CMA was responsible for providing Land Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering, Subsurface
<br />Utility Engineering Services; Utility Coordination and Preliminary Design; Final Engineering; Government Permitting; and
<br />Construction Observation and Administration Assistance. Fee: $ 24,900.00

<br />Project Manager. CMA implemented drainage and pavement improvements. These improvements were identified on the most
<br />recent Town of Miami Lakes Stormwater Master Plan. The drainage basins total approximately 20 acres of an existing residential
<br />neighborhood near Lakes Sarah, Adele, Suzie and Hilda in southern Miami Lakes near Miami Lakeway South and Ludlam Road.
<br />Services include utility coordination, schematic and final design phases, government permitting, bidding assistance, construction
<br />administration and statements of work completion. The final design included approximately 2,060 LF of exfiltration trench,
<br />approximately 3,750 LF of solid stormwater pipe, 54 inlets and 5 control structures which discharge via existing outfalls. Fee:

<br />Principal. CMA is the civil engineer and landscape architect of record for the Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Doral, Florida.
<br />The proposed development is situated on a 2.9-acre parcel and consists of a 240-bed, six-story skilled nursing facility, a 5-story
<br />medical office building, and a multi-level parking garage. CMA is designing and permitting the water, sewer, and drainage
<br />associated with the project, which includes offsite roadway and utility improvements, including a 12” water main extension, 8”
<br />gravity sanitary sewer main extension, roadway reconstruction, and a proposed roundabout. Fee: $ 119,425.00
