<br />Brent Whitfield, P.E., ENV SP is the Director of Water Resources for CMA. With 16 years of professional experience, Mr. Whitfield
<br />has worked for a variety of public sector clients at the City, County and State level. His experience includes tasks as varied as
<br />hydrologic and hydraulic modeling related to environmental and flood protection studies and detailed engineering design and
<br />construction oversight for roadway, water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure. Mr. Whitfield has provided infrastructure solutions in
<br />various settings from residential neighborhoods to commercial airports. As a life-long resident of Florida, Mr. Whitfield has maintained
<br />a commitment to serving the community both professionally and personally serving as an appointed board member for a municipal
<br />advisory board with maintaining involvement in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Florida Engineering Society (FES)
<br />and Leadership Florida. Mr. Whitfield holds bachelor’s and master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.

<br />Project Manager. CMA was requested by the Town of Palm Beach to provide civil engineering and bidding assistance services
<br />for the installation of drainage infrastructure and underground utilities in the 400 block of Worth Avenue. The project was identified
<br />by an earlier study, the Mid-Town Drainage Basin Report, which documented the benefits to flood protection that could be realized
<br />by the installation of a 1,050-ft long, 36-inch diameter drainage trunk-line connecting the 300 block of Worth Avenue more directly
<br />to the D-7 Pump Station. As part of this effort, CMA also designed the replacement of the 6-inch AC water main and lining
<br />replacement of the 8-inch and 12-inch VCP sewer. Cost: $1,500,000 Fee: $187,330

<br />project is funded by a voter approved bond and as such incorporates significant public outreach in addition to the typical
<br />engineering project components preparing construction contract documents and procuring permits. Cost: $ 1,435,852.71; Fee: $

<br />subsurface utility investigation, design, permitting and bidding assistance. The firm is also providing hydraulic modeling services
<br />to verify the impacts to other areas of the sewer transmission system with the implementation of the new force main. Fee:

<br />Project Manager CMA is providing the stormwater and roadway design for the 26th Street and Flagler Drive Stormwater
<br />Improvements project. Our design involves the replacement of an existing 54-inch stormwater trunk line and the reconfiguration
<br />of the roadway. The current cross-section of the road is four-lane divided by a median, whereas the proposed cross-section will
<br />be two-lanes with a protected pedestrian and bicycle facility and significant plantings. With a reduction in impervious area and
<br />the use of bio-swales, this design will be a significant green infrastructure project. Fee: $141,850

<br />Director of Water Resources/Sr. Engineer. CMA was contracted by Seacoast Utility Authority (SUA) for the civil engineering and
<br />landscape architecture services for the Hood Road Office Complex Replacement Project (HROC). The project involves
<br />replacement of the existing 14,000 SF Administrative Building with a new 16,000 SF building; replacement of the existing 3,300
<br />SF Operations and Maintenance Building with a new 8,625 SF building; and replacement of the existing 12,000 SF Warehouse
<br />and Fleet Maintenance Building with a new 15,000 SF building. CMA performed design, permitting and construction administration
<br />services for the new complex design which included a fire suppression, potable water, sanitary sewer, drainage, paving,
<br />hardscape, landscape and irrigation on site and a proposed turn lane off site located in Palm Beach County right-of-way. Fee:
