Ms. Brea has managed and designed streetscape <br />improvements, roundabouts, lift stations, stormwater improvements and master plans, and booster pump station basis of design <br />reports. Her duties include construction management, managing GIS and Autocad design work, water modeling, sewer modeling, and <br />report preparation for municipalities throughout South Florida. <br />19. All projects combined a total area of over 1000 <br />acres within multiple cities. The project is currently under construction, in which CMA is performing construction administration <br />for three separate bid packages. The CMA team provided survey and geotechnical <br />exploration; survey/as-built drawing review from local utilities; civil engineering regarding the site and initial site plan; and design <br />and plan preparation including the demolition, earthwork, paving, grading, drainage, water, signing and marking, details, <br />specifications and stormwater pollution prevention plans. The City of Riviera Beach contracted CMA to perform the roadway, sidewalk, drainage, water, and sewer <br />improvements as part of a neighborhood improvement program. The scope of services included field investigation, sidewalk <br />condition assessment, utility coordination, design, permitting, and public information. The design was completed on an <br />accelerated schedule to fulfill the City's bond requirements. CMA provided civil engineering and landscape architecture for the utility infrastructure and roadway reconstruction <br />of two islands (Sunset Islands 3 and 4) off the Miami Beach west coast, along the inter-coastal waterway. The project consists of <br />the replacement of 8" potable water mains, the lining of existing sanitary sewer mains, a completely new storm water drainage <br />system, including discharge pumps and outfalls, the undergrounding of all existing overhead utilities, new service connections to <br />all properties, complete roadway reconstruction and grading with new pavement section and curb, landscaping, signage and <br />striping. The scope of services includes the following: Coordination with FDOT, <br />Coordination with RBUD, Coordinate with the Palm Beach County Health Department (PBCHD), Coordinate utility test holes with <br />RBUD equipment, Prepare utility relocation design and traffic management plans necessary for FDOT, Permitting ·Bidding <br />Assistance, Construction Administration.
