<br />Senior Surveyor & Mapper: Longitude Surveyors performed and prepared a Boundary/Topographic Survey for Gilbert Samson
<br />Oceanfront Park in Sunny Isles, Florida. Longitude Surveyors located walkways, sidewalks, buildings, light poles, signs, above-ground
<br />utilities, and other significant above-ground improvements within the Survey corridor; established the City of Miami Beach Bulkhead
<br />Line and the Erosion Control Line. Longitude Surveyors collected elevations in an approximate 50-foot grid throughout Survey limits;
<br />collected elevations based on the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). Survey prepared according to FDEP Standards;
<br />performed lay-out of property corners. The Survey extended west-east from the centerline of Collins Avenue to the Erosion Control Line
