BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Longitude Surveyors performed and prepared a Boundary/Topographic Survey for Gilbert Samson Oceanfront Park in <br />Sunny Isles, Florida. Longitude Surveyors (LS) located walkways, sidewalks, buildings, light poles, signs, above-ground utilities, <br />and other significant above-ground improvements within the Survey corridor; established the City of Miami Beach Bulkhead <br />Line and the Erosion Control Line. Longitude Surveyors collected elevations in an approximate 50-foot grid throughout Survey <br />limits; collected elevations based on the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). Survey prepared according to FDEP <br />Standards; performed lay-out of property corners. The Survey extended west-east from the centerline of Collins Avenue to the <br />Erosion Control Line and south-north from the south boundary line of Gilbert Samson Oceanfront Park to the north boundary <br />line of Gilbert Samson Oceanfront Park, approximately 2.2 acres. <br />25.
