The proposed project consists of the expansion of the existing right-turn turn lane of the northbound side of Northwest 114th
<br />Avenue at the intersection with Northwest 58th Street in the City of Doral, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The proposed right-turn
<br />lane will be expanded to the south side and slightly realigned to the east. To allow for the proposed turn-lane realignment to the
<br />east, the project will also encompass the construction/installation of a culvert structure at the existing water canal located along
