BEA designed the interior renovations for two floors of the building, totaling of approximately 3,450 SF. BEA conducted program verification based on the input from the Property Management Department (PMD), and prepared space plans based on the programming information that was provided by the same department. Some of the interior improvements include the replacement of new flooring, new floor base, and the replacement of existing ceiling tiles that were damaged or worn. The design and renovations were done so that the historical façade and interiors would match while preserving the historical value. BEA also was responsible for Permitting and preparing and issuing Bid Documents, as well as providing Construction Administration services and Project Close-out.
2019
(305) 673-7000 ext. 22932
MMiiaammii BBeeaacchh HHiissttoorriicc CCiittyy HHaallll IInntteerriioorr IImmpprroovveemmeennttss,, MMiiaammii BBeeaacchh,, FFLL
BEA Architects, Inc.Miami, FL Architect
