BEA is providing complete Architectural and Engineering Services, including Pre-Design, Construction Documents, Bidding, Permitting and Construction Administration. The project will consist of preparing demolition documents for the removal of damaged structures to be replaced, the repair of existing open metal framed structures, including damaged siding and roofind panels, as well as the installation of a new concrete electrical utility pole to replaced the damaged pole and to relocate all existing service gear. BEA will also replace the vertical siding and roof structure with similar material to provide the facility with a lasting covering that will stand damages of hurricanes and tropical storms. <br />BEA will also ensure to repair all cracks and fractures in concrete separation walls at the storage bays and will provide record drawings for as-built conditions.
