Designed new marina utilizing concrete piles, cap and beams with grated decking, <br />as required to allow for adequate light penetration to reach the submerged bottom supporting seagrass habitat. Structural <br />design of the docks relative to extreme conditions ad vessel loads was conducted. Design services also included material <br />selection and coordination of utilities. Construction administration was performed including bidding, inspections, field <br />reports and permit close-out. <br />e.
