As mentioned in the "Executive Summary" Osborn has been in business for 128 years, performing the services being <br />submitted for this contract. A sample of relevant services provided on similar government projects are conveyed in <br />"Section E - Qualification Information & Assigned Personnel" and references for specific projects within the last five <br />years are outlined below. These projects are being executed by the staff displayed on the organization chart and <br />the resumes included in Section E. The project is <br />located at 1600 Blount Road, Pompano Beach, <br />Florida 33069. <br />Work includes the interior remodeling of existing <br />1,673 SF operating main office space and creation <br />of a 568 SF employee lounge from the current tire <br />storage room. New office space is to include: new <br />interior drywall soundproof partitions and layout, <br />new flooring, new interior doors, new ceilings, new <br />light fixtures and controls, new mechanical systems <br />(including ductwork, grilles, etc.). The employee <br />lounge area will also be a flexible classroom space <br />when needed, new acoustical ceiling and lighting, <br />new HVAC system, and new kitchenette space for <br />employees. <br />d. 2020 estimated completion date <br />e. The project planning phase started in September <br />2019 under our continuing services contract <br />established in 2016 with CPZ Architects for Broward <br />County Government. The project is located <br />at 100 North Pine Island Road, Plantation, Florida <br />33324. <br />Remodel of approximately 10,0000 SF of the <br />West Regional Courthouse for the Clerk of Courts <br />Office County Civil, Traffic & Misdemeanor Imaging, <br />Passport, Marriage and Domestic Violence. <br />Included in this project is the remodel of building's <br />entrance and security checkpoint area. Work <br />includes all new lighting and lighting controls, new <br />HVAC ductwork, VAV's, and grilles, rework of the <br />existing fire sprinkler system to match new floor <br />plan. <br />d. 2020 completion date <br />e. The project phase started in June 2019 under <br />our continuing services contract established in <br />2016 with CPZ Architects for Broward County <br />Government.
