Reference 3 <br />Osborn Team with experience on this project to be assigned to the City of Sunny Isles Contract: <br />b. Central Homeless Assistance Center Plumbing and Elevator Project - Phase I and II <br />c. Osborn provided electrical, mechanical and plumbing services for the Central Homeless Assistance Center <br />(CHAC). The project is located at 920 NW 7TH Ave., Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33311. <br />This is the complete design for a selective plumbing renovation of the existing Broward County Central HAC <br />building, located at 920 NW 7th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, due to observed evidence of sanitary piping <br />leakage, and HVAC chilled water condensation leakage. The plumbing renovation project will includes: <br />1. Removal of existing 2nd floor sanitary cast-iron piping and replace with new. <br />2. Installation of new shower pans/waterproofing membrane to all existing 2nd floor showers. <br />3. Replacement of 2nd floor plumbing fixtures and add automatic sensors. <br />4. Drywall repair and installation of new wall tile & floor finishes in areas of new plumbing work, or as deemed <br />necessary to provide a finished appearance. <br />5. Repair/ install new acoustical ceiling tile and grid in areas of new plumbing work, or as deemed necessary to <br />provide a finished appearance. <br />6. Removal and replacement of damaged plastic laminate toilet partitions. <br />7. Removal and replacement of deteriorated HVAC chilled water piping insulation. <br />8. New Lighting and Lighting Controls. <br />9. New exhaust fan systems complete with new ducting, grilles and louvers. <br />8. All new finishes. <br />d. 2021 estimated completion date <br />e. The project phase started in March 2019 under our continuing services contract established in 2016 with CPZ <br />Architects for Broward County Government.
