We believe the City needs an engineering team with technical strength, effective management, communications skills, and knowledge of industry design standards and processes to accommodate the various civil, mechanical, electrical and structural projects that are likely to occur over the duration of this agreement. We hope that you will find the Osborn Engineering team to be both qualified and prepared to take on these challenging projects and deliver them successfully. Osborn Engineering has held the Engineering Continuing Services contracts for multiple municipalities in the State of Florida, including the City of Lauderhill and Pompano Beach as well as Broward County. We are dedicated to working closely with you and your facilities personnel to attain peak performance in your buildings. If selected, we are willing to meet any location, budget or task orders. Our current workload will allow us to provide the professional and personal commitment to the quality and care of services the City of Sunny Isles Beach expects. We will at all times maintain in good standing all required licenses, certifications and City of Sunny Isles Beach Request for Qualification No. 20-07-01 permits required under federal, state and local laws necessary to perform the services.
