POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER <br />(305) 316-5868 <br />areviati(@email.com <br />This project presented the challenge to develop a building with 70,000 square feet of rentable space suited for a <br />complex medical service including Wellness Center, Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, MRI and other Imaging Services as well as <br />diverse office configurations. <br />Among the prerequisites to develop the project within the 49,732 SF available tract of land, was to design a stand-alone <br />parking garage structure housing 230 vehicles to satisfy the potential demand of customers. Construction budget was <br />set at $8,500,000 and the work was completed in 2015 on time and under budget. Cristina Fandino, as <br />Principal Architect of this project worked in concert with the client to establish the character and scale of the new <br />building facility, through its exterior design and every detail of its interior architecture.
