<br />UESI provided a three-person dive team led by a registered Florida Professional Engineer-diver. The scope included all underwater
<br />elements, including piles, piers, footings, and fenders. Prepared report with elements and ratings similar to that used by FDOT. The contract
<br />amount was $14K. Mr. O’Connor was the Project Manager and performed the inspections.

<br />Project Assignment: Underwater construction engineering inspection services for piles on the SR-206 Bridge over the Matanzas River.
<br />Thirty-six piles required cathodic protection jackets. UESI inspected all piles prior to the work to verify the plans; then inspected each pile
<br />at least twice – once prior to jacket install to check the cleanliness, the rebar, and anode connection - and once after jacket install. The
<br />contract amount was $39K. Mr. O’Connor was the Project Manager and led approximately 50% of the inspections.

<br />Project Assignment: Design of repairs to the main pier at the City Marina. This project followed the inspection project also performed by
<br />UESI. Repairs were comprised of hardware replacement, stringer replacement, beam replacement, one bent replacement, and pile repairs.
<br />The fee was $16K. Mr. O’Connor was the Project Manager and lead designer of the repairs.
