Behar & Company, Inc. (RJ Behar) was contracted by Palm Beach <br />County to review all bridge plans produced for the County by other <br />Consultants. The bridge plans, bridge design calculations and bid item <br />quantities are reviewed in detail. The roadway plans are reviewed to <br />ensure that they are consistent with the bridge plans. One site review is <br />conducted with each review, which focuses on existing conditions such <br />as utilities, correct bridge length and location and the condition of <br />existing bridges to be widened. <br />RJ Behar has provided all of the review services for this project to date. <br />RJ Behar has designed bridges for Palm Beach County since 1989 and <br />he is very familiar with their procedures and needs of the County. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Lawrence Road Bridge <br />over Boynton Canal <br />Congress Avenue Bridge <br />over L-14 Canal <br />Section F - Page | 3
