<br />and the incessant pursuit of a balance of quality, timeliness and value in a manner befitting a model for future generations.
<br />JEBA conducts a professional practice of land surveying and mapping focused on quality,
<br />performance and timely delivery of complex critical infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and
<br />engineering survey projects that may require the expert application and management of
<br />technology, experience and the human resource. JEBA is SFWMD Certified Small Business
<br />Enterprise, also a National Certified Minority Supplier, HubZone firm and has been certified as
<br />DBE and MBE through the Florida Unified Certification Program. In the last 20 years, JEBA has
<br />catered to federal, state, and municipal government organizations and the private sector for large
<br />scale infrastructure, transportation, utilities, topographic and engineering surveys.

<br />Utility Surveys - All work is performed in strict conformance with ASCE specification 3802,
<br />ALTA/ACSM, Topographic & Boundary Surveys, Construction Stakeout, Third Party QA/QC and
<br />Construction Monitoring, GIS, Infrastructure Route Surveys, and 3D Scanning & High Definition
<br />Surveys.
