(RJ Behar) was contacted by the Town of Medley to provide engineering design services for a seawall <br />design at Tobie Wilson Park. The Town of Medley owns the Tobie Wilson Park, which is located at 7921 NW South River Dr, <br />Medley, Florida 33166. The park is sited between NW South River Drive and the Miami Canal (C-6). <br /> <br />The scope of work included design of approximately 850 feet of new bulkhead wall to be located on the north side of the park along the <br />south bank of the Miami Canal. RJ Behar’s scope included field reviews, structural design, plans preparation, bidding assistance, <br />ROW permitting with South Florida Water Management District, estimates of probable costs and technical specifications.
