BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />TSF is currently providing QC Services for the Don Soffer School – Flashing Signals located in the City of Aventura, Florida. <br /> <br />The project consists of the installation of drilled shafts along NE 213th Street intersection with NE 3100 Block and NE 3200 Block. <br /> <br />TSF services include laboratory testing, and concrete sampling/testing, and reporting. Sampling and Laboratory Testing includes testing <br />compressive strength concrete cylinders. <br />CTQP Certified TSF technicians are conducting slump and temperature testing on concrete; molding compressive strength tests cylinders; <br />sample pick-ups; and providing a Drilled Shaft Inspector to monitor drilled shaft operations. <br /> <br />A TSF QC Manager is providing review of daily reports, project coordination and attending meetings as necessary . <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
