RJ Behar will be able to provide sufficient staff to ensure timely completion of any assignment under this contract. RJ Behar anticipates that as POs become available from this contract, work will be coordinated with our project manager accordingly, so current/ongoing assignments will not be jeopardized and new assignments will be scheduled to follow the required expected process, that way projects already under contract will continue unaffected to their final submittals. A UTHORIZATION AND L ICENSING TO P ROVIDE P ROFESSIONAL E NGINEERING S ERVICES RJ Behar is authorized by the Secretary of State of Florida and licensed by Board of Professional Engineers to provide professional engineering consulting services as well as its professional staff. RJ Behar maintains and ensures that all certifications and licenses are active and in good standing as required by the necessary federal, state, and local laws.
