Platting and Mapping <br />With a fully bilingual staff, JEBA caters to local and stateside firms and agencies which rely on JEBA for <br />their real estate acquisition maps needs. As an example, we have produced the real estate acquisition <br />maps for the Jacksonville District Corps of Engineers in large scale projects such as Rio La Plata, Rio <br />Puerto Nuevo, Rio Matilde and Rio Descalabrado Flood Control projects. <br />Firm was the prime land surveying services consultants for the Real Estate Land Acquisition, Plans and <br />Specifications, Hydrographic, and Topographic Survey, Subsurface Utility, Geodetic and Boundary <br />Surveys for Rio Puerto Nuevo Project under a ID/IQ contract with the Jacksonville District Corps of <br />Engineers. The cumulative value of this project was $ 441,514.00. <br />4.Flood Plain Studies <br />As discussed previously, JEBA have been contracted since 2001 by US Corps of Engineers for more <br />than 35 work orders totalling approximately 4M mainly for Flood Plain Study projects. Recently, JEBA <br />performed Rio La Plata Topographic, Hydrographic and ALTA/NSPS Boundary Survey. This include <br />Title Commitment study and Boundary Survey of over 100 adjacent properties.
