<br />Survey Technician: The project consisted of the reconstruction of existing natural turf fields at Pelican Community Park and Senator Gwen
<br />Margolis Park in the City of Sunny Isles Beach with artificial turf. Miller Legg provided the preparation and permitting of drainage plans to
<br />collect under the new drain systems installed as part of the project, as well as surveying services. In addition, constr uction observation was
<br />provided to verify compliance with the plans and for the certification of the project through regulatory agencies.

<br />Survey Technician: Miller Legg was a subconsultant to the KVC Constructors/Shulman + Associates Team (and previously the Zaha Hadid
<br />Architects/Berenblum Busch Architects Team) providing property boundary and topographic surveying of the Collins Park Parking Garage,
<br />as well as topographic surveys of Liberty Avenue from 21st to 23rd Streets. The project will include 513 parking spaces, 15,000 square
<br />feet of ground floor retail, and a public plaza. Collins Park is at the southern end of South Beach, adjacent to the Bass Museum, Miami City
<br />Ballet and Miami-Dade Regional Public Library, a neighborhood considered the cultural destination of Miami Beach.

<br />Survey Technician: Miller Legg provided a specific purpose topographic survey and civil engineering design services to the City for
<br />emergency repairs of a guardrail located on the east side of the north parapet of FDOT Bridge No. 874353. The bridge is located on
<br />Campbell Drive/SW 312th Street and crosses the C-103-N Canal. This project was designed through the City's Library of Consultants for
<br />Architectural and Engineering services.

<br />Backyard phase of The Underline project in Miami-Dade County. Utility designation is provided to prevent the likelihood of damage during
<br />any excavation and/or provide design information. The development of the Underline seeks to transform the underutilized land below
<br />Miami's Metrorail into a 10-mile neighborhood park, urban trail and living art destination; connecting communities as it creates a mobility
<br />corridor that integrates transit, car, biking and walking.
