<br />Mr. Castro served as the Lead Technical Person for creating the 60 plans (references to the RFP) for roadway, TTCP, drainage, and SPM. This
<br />project consisted of operational improvements in this interchange to enhance current LOS in all movements. Design efforts included development
<br />and approval of all design variations, typical sections and pavement design package (attachments to the RFP). Coordination among numerous
<br />conventional design projects adjacent to both ends of the project limits was critical as well as coordination with Miami-Dade County and City of
