The E&R team is comprised of hand-picked specialists whose experience is matched with the needs of a given project. Our proposed key staff has demonstrated their expertise on a multitude of complex projects throughout their careers. Special projects call for special teams. Each of the proposed team members are currently working together and the scope of the work on various FDOT and County projects. Our team provides a superior staff with a combination of local knowledge and experience in roadway construction. Ido Shimony, PE, Senior Project Engineer/ Project Manager, has over 22 years of experience in both design and construction proj- ects. He excels at coordination of unique project challenges to find the best solution while keeping the project moving forward. His com- munication skills, coordination ability, and innovative thinking has proven results leading his teams to successful, award-winning, projects meeting and exceeding the client goals for time and cost. Leonardo Offredi, PE, Senior Project Engineer. Leo has over 21 years of experience with extensive construction experience in a proj- ect leadership role on urban 3R projects, several project groupings, major bridge construction, and ITS projects. He is a proven Senior Project Engineer who has developed a reputation for high ethical standards, and he works well with all interested parties. Leo is a hands- on engineer known for handling project issues by making firm decisions and responsibly managing construction projects that exceed his client’s goals and expectations. Deanna Hammond, EI, Project Administrator. Deanna is a degreed Civil Engineer with over 22 years of experience working on a va- riety of roadway and bridge construction projects both with and for the FDOT. Her diverse experience, coupled with her attention to detail and commitment to quality, make her the ideal candidate in this role. She has experience on LAP and municipal administered projects. Chris Charvat, Project Administrator has more than 34 years of experience in road, bridge, structural construction inspection and geotechnical services on numerous projects throughout Florida. He brings experience in materials and project administration experience of bid-build projects. He has successfully completed many final estimate packages achieving the goal of zero deficiencies and received timely material certifications. Humberto Pedroso, Contract Support Specialist has nearly 20 years of experience in CEI roles, from inspector to project administra- tion. As CSS, he plans work details with inspection staff, tracks/reviews submittals including material certifications, RFI’s, shop drawings and lane closures. Humberto also maintains concrete tracking logs, and MOT/SWPPP reports from the field. Kyle Wann, Contract Support Specialist has 15 years of experience in CEI roles, from Inspector to Contract Support Specialist. As CSS, he plans work details with inspection staff, tracks/reviews submittals including mate- rial certifications, RFI’s, shop drawings and lane closures, and PDF packages. Kyle also maintains concrete tracking logs, and MOT/SWPPP reports from the field. Senior Inspectors. The E&R team includes several well-seasoned Senior Inspectors. Mehdi Amipour (33 years) will perform both bridge and roadway inspection while Bill Rhoades (26 years) and Peter McIntosh (23 years) will perform roadway/related inspection services. Each of our Senior Inspectors are experienced in vari- ous projects that include reconstruction and widening, drainage installations, utility relocations, and signalization which are all distinctive aspects of this project.
