FIRM REFERENCES & SIMILAR WORK COMPLETED
Eisman & Russo, Inc. (E&R) is extremely proud of our record of past professional accomplishments and ex-
perience in Construction Engineering & Inspection services. We have successfully completed hundreds of
CEI projects for the FDOT and Florida municipalities ranging from $2 million to upwards of $500 million in
construction value.
Our CEI culture is to take ownership of a project, be a catalyst for solutions, and exercise good professional
judgment making decisions and keeping the project moving; we are comfortable using the “Engineering”
in CEI. We embrace Contractor Engagement and Partnering as critical to success. We have a clear history of
partnering and being a catalyst to the construction process which can be evidenced on past projects by our
contractors achieving incentives, completing projects on time and on budget and having virtually no claims.
