The improvements consisted of the construction of roadway on Pembroke <br />Road from Silver Shores Boulevard to SW 145th Avenue, located within the limits in the cities of <br />Miramar and Pembroke Pines. The work included the construction of a new stormwater manage- <br />ment system comprised of cross drains; interconnect pipes and dry detention ponds. A new four <br />lane divided roadway was constructed on each side of I-75 which included new MSE walls at the <br />approaches to the proposed new bridge over I-75. Additional, improvements included noise walls, new traffic signals lighting along the <br />corridor, ADA compliant sidewalks and bus stops, signing and pavement markings, landscaping and irrigation. <br />During this project, Eisman & Russo met the following goals: <br />• Project completed on time and CEI contract completed within budget <br />• Project construction completed within budget <br />• Material certifications completed on time <br />• Final Estimates completed on time with ZERO errors <br />Key Staff (Role) involved in the project as proposed for City of Sunny Isles CEI: Leo Offredi, PE (Senior Project Engineer) and <br />Kyle Wann (Contract Support Specialist). <br />CROSS-REFERENCED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br />As requested by the City of Sunny Isles, the resumes of our proposed project team is included in TAB E - SF 330 Forms (as per Adden- <br />dum #1: Q5).
