CITY OF ISLES BEACH | 13
DPROJECT APPROACH
PROJECT APPROACH & ONBOARDING
OUR 5 STEP FRAMEWORK
IA has developed, practices, and continuously refines an
integrated approach. Each project is staffed with experts
from a range of backgrounds (design, technical, lighting,
strategists, and experiential graphics) who understand the
importance of data-based, strategic design.
IA's 5-step process (above) begins with a solid understand-
ing of an organization's current and desired culture, mis-
sion, business strategy, and overall philosophy. Our big
picture design concepts come from an assessment of this
in a comprehensive strategy, and becomes an informed
basis on which all design is based.
This robust process fosters a successful working relation-
ship with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, etc.
Starting with identifying goals and objectives, and ending
with measuring results, we facilitate the creation of solu-
tions that meet, and often exceed, client goals and objec-
tives. No matter the scope of work, our process ensures we
are solving for the right problem and bringing value. For
our clients, this means having a dedicated team of spe-
cialists who are passionate about improving life through
design.
01
UNDERSTAND
02
ASSESS
03
DEVELOP
04
IMPLEMENT
05
EVALUATE
Set Goals
& Gain Insight
Assess Results
& Define Strategy
Establish Full Plan
& Create Resources
Deliver
the Solution
Lessons Learned
