We feel that having a <br />continuous, integrated team from programming through design and construction will add <br />tremendous value to each project’s success. We are honored to be considered and feel that <br />our design talent, project qualifications, knowledge, and resources uniquely qualify us for <br />this project. <br />The IA team we have proposed for this on-call contract opportunity has had the privilege of <br />working with unique clients on many successful projects over the past several years. Designing <br />interior spaces is our DNA. With millions of square feet completed or in process for clients <br />such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Carnival, 150 Alhambra, Lennar Homes, <br />Virgin Voyages, Bacardi USA, FedEx, and Perry Ellis International. We look forward to build- <br />ing a new relationship with the City of Sunny Isles Beach based on professionalism, transpar- <br />ency, integrity, and trust. <br />It is with this mindset that we approach your projects: <br />• Our team is prepared to meet all project parameters to ensure we deliver successful <br />projects. <br />• The team that we have proposed is highly experienced and their current workload pro- <br />vides them with the ability to focus on building this relationship as indicated within our <br />RFQ response.
