The Construction Documents will be based on the Conceptual <br />Plans dated August 6, 2019 as presented to and approved by the PAAC Committee <br />on August 6, 2019 and accurate survey including underground utility information <br />to be provided by City. <br />Deliverables <br />Basic services to be provided by O'Leary Richards Design Associates, Inc. will <br />include Landscape Architectural design and project management as follows: <br />Design Development <br />A. Prepare Design Development Plans that include paving layout and <br />specifications, proposed landscape lighting and decorative fixture <br />locations and type, site furnishings, entryway feature and metal vine <br />trellis surrounding pavilion poles. <br />B. Prepare landscape plan that defines the location and variety of <br />proposed vegetation. <br />C. Coordinate with artists (commissioned fountain). <br />D. Prepare preliminary grading plan. <br />E. Attend working meeting with the City representatives, as required. <br />F. Upon approval from City, proceed to Construction Documentation <br />phase. <br />II, Construction Documentation <br />A. Prepare an Existing Tree Inventory and Disposition Plan that <br />determines species, size, condition and disposition of existing <br />vegetation. This existing tree inventory will be used in completing the <br />requirements for the tree removal/relocation as set forth by the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach and Miami -Dade County DERM. <br />B. Prepare detailed Landscape Plan that defines the location, variety, <br />size, quality, and quantity of all proposed vegetation. <br />C. Prepare Site Furnishings Pian that depicts locations and specifications <br />of proposed benches, trash receptacles and drinking fountain. <br />
