Exempt salaried employees will also be required to record hours worked on a time sheet or other <br />method established by management. <br />Time Cards are to be kept for all employees. Each supervisor is responsible to note each <br />employees time in and out. Employees need to make sure their supervisor checks them in and <br />out by signing their time sheet or card daily. All employees will only be paid for the number of <br />hours worked during that time period. It is the employee's responsibility to sign their time records <br />to certify the accuracy of all time recorded. <br />Any errors on your time card should be reported immediately to your supervisor, who will attempt <br />to promptly correct legitimate errors. If for some reason, the error is not corrected, it is the <br />employee's responsibility to bring the matter to the attention of the Human Resources <br />Representative. <br />It is the employee's responsibility to sign their time records to certify the accuracy of all time <br />recorded. If corrections or modifications are made to the time record, both the employee and <br />the supervisor must verify the accuracy of the changes by initialing the time record. <br />Failure to properly record your time on a daily basis or the failure to use the time recording <br />system on a daily basis will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. <br />UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY AN EMPLOYEE WORK "OFF THE CLOCK." NO MEMBER OF <br />MANAGEMENT HAS THE AUTHORITY TO DIRECT ANY HOURLY EMPLOYEES TO WORK UNLESS THEY <br />ARE RECORDING THE HOURS WORKED, <br />13. PAYDAYS &PAY PERIODS <br />Hourly shop, hourly administrative, non exempt and exempt employees are paid every two <br />weeks. Paychecks are issued to the employee every other Friday, at the end of the workday. <br />Paychecks are issued for the two weeks prior to the week the check is issued and do not include <br />payment for work performed during the week the check is issued. <br />13.1. Automatic Deposit: is an optional benefit we provide our employees. Most of our <br />employees find it convenient to have their regular paycheck automatically deposited in their <br />bank account. If you would like to make arrangements for automatic deposit, contact the <br />Human Resources Representative. <br />VisualScape Inc. reserves the right to amend pay policies at its sole discretion. <br />No one may pick up an employee's paycheck except the employee or with proper <br />identification a member of that employee's immediate family. <br />14. DEDUCTIONS FROM PAYCHECK <br />Take-home pay is always less than taxable earnings; the paycheck reflects earnings for the pay <br />period minus deductions. Federal Income Tax, Social Security (FICA), and Medicare payment <br />are deductions required by law.
