V. YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES TO THE COMPANY, <br />OUR CUSTOMERS AND THE PUBLIC <br />1. PERSONAL APPEARANCE <br />The personal appearance of our employees reflects on the image and prestige of the <br />Company. Remember that a neat, professional appearance contributes to the positive <br />impression you make on our clients. Therefore, it is imperative that the following rules be <br />observed without exception: <br />1.1. General standards: <br />(a.) As part of our professional appearance, personal hygiene and grooming should be <br />carefully maintained. <br />(b) Facial hair, if worn, should be well groomed. <br />(c) Jewelry and other body adornments including tattoos should be appropriate and in <br />keeping with a professional appearance. No earrings are permitted for Male employees. <br />(d) All clothing and footwear must be clean and in good condition, nothing frayed, <br />patched, or extensively faded is appropriate <br />1.2. Field Employees &Management Standards: <br />(a) Company issued shirt <br />(b) Long Pants / No shorts. <br />(c) Leather boots must be \A/ <br />and boot laces need to be tied at all times. No tennis <br />shoes, sandals or open shoes. <br />(d) Only permissible headwear is Company issued caps and hard hats. <br />(e) Long hair must be worn in a ponytail at all times, and tucked under the cap for safety <br />reasons. <br />(f) No jewelry is allowed for safety reasons. <br />Please refer to your Work Safety Program for additional requirements on Personal Protective <br />Equipment (PPE). <br />1.3. Administrative Office Staff Standards: <br />Business casual attire is required, examples as follows: <br />(a) Casual shirts, golf shirts, dress shirts, sweaters, tops, and turtlenecks are acceptable. <br />(b) Clean jeans, capris or casual pants in good condition. Pants that are frayed, <br />patched or extensively faded are not appropriate. <br />25 <br />
