(c) All footwear must be in a good, clean condition. Loafers, boots, flats, clogs, <br />conservative athletic shoes, tennis shoes, dress heels, and leather deck shoes are <br />acceptable. <br />(d) Any Administrative Office Staff that is working in the field on any given day must <br />comply with the above Field Standards and the appropriate PPE for the job site. <br />In keeping with a professional image, reasonable accommodation will be made for employee's <br />religious beliefs and disabilities whenever possible. <br />If an employee's attire or appearance is unsuitable s/he may be asked to return home to <br />change before resuming regular duties. The use of accrued annual leave is appropriate for <br />such absences. <br />As a reminder, employees are not allowed to wear halter tops, mid -drift tops, beachwear, <br />extremely low rise pants, spandex, or form fitting attire, flip-flops or slippers. In addition <br />distracting, offensive or revealing clothes are not appropriate. Shirts can not display alcohol, <br />tobacco products, offensive words, offensive pictures or offensive logos. <br />If you have any questions in reference to the above stated personal appearance regulations <br />please contact your Manager or the Human Resources Representative. <br />2. CHANGING YOUR JOB AND DUTIES <br />No one is guaranteed a fixed job or fixed duties. The Company may change an employee's <br />responsibilities at any time at its sole discretion. <br />2.1. Internal Transfers: The company may initiate transfers of employees between <br />departments and faces to meet speced work requirements and reassignment of work <br />requirements. At the same time, employees may request consideration to transfers to jobs as <br />vacancies become available and will be considered along with other applicants. <br />3. OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT <br />Working at a second job (moonlighting), at or with another landscape firm is not permitted. <br />Evidence that an employee has worked for, or provided assistance or privileged information to a <br />competing landscape firm while employed by this Company will be ground for immediate <br />dismissal. Moonlighting for an unrelated business is permitted, if it does not interfere in any way <br />with your job or performance at VisualScape Inc. Prior written approval from the Human <br />Resources Representative is required for any non -volunteer outside employment. Under no <br />circumstances may work be performed on Company premises or during Company time that is <br />not directly related to the business of the Company. <br />Any employee who wishes to serve in an advisory <br />capacity for another organization or serve on <br />the board of any organization must first obtain approval from the President. Approval will be <br />granted based on the amount of time and type of activity involved, any interference with the <br />employee's regular work schedule, and the benefit to the employee and the company. <br />
