PROPOSED MAINTENANCE PLAN: <br />Provide an attachment to this questionnaire specifically describing the proposed maintenance plan <br />of action for the Work to be offered for the Landscape Maintenance Services Bid, ITB 204841. <br />How many crews of what size and makeup will be used to perform the work? How many days <br />per week and how many hours per week will be allotted to accomplish the work? Will you adjust <br />staff seasonally, and, if so, how will you do so in order to meet demands of the Performance <br />Standards & Technical Specifications? Contractor shall closely evaluate the City's minimum <br />manpower requirements defined in the Performance Standards and make recommendation if <br />minimum specified manpower is sufficient and, if not, how many personnel do they recommend. <br />The Contractor's recommendation will be taken into consideration in Bid evaluation. <br />VisualScape has read and has a complete understanding of the scope of work. VisualScape will <br />manage, inspect, and provide detailed maintenance within this project's locations. VisualScape <br />Kill ensure to keep all plants undamaged, free of pests and disease or any symptoms of disease or <br />pest infestation, properly hydrated and nourished, supported to grow and maintain form and <br />general appearance in accordance with the characteristics of the latest edition of the Florida <br />Department of Agriculture's "Grades and Standards for Nursery Plants," Green Industry Best <br />Management Practices, and the specifications set forth in this ITB. VisualScape will maintain all <br />landscape areas, ensure structural safety, retain aesthetics, and maintain plant health. <br />VisualScape has the experience, staff and equipment to successfully provide the City of Sunny <br />Isles with the professional, productive and responsive Landscape Management Services requested <br />in this ITB. We are confident in our ability to not only meet but exceed every expectation. <br />Upon execution of the commencement letter, VisualScape will request a meeting with all involved <br />management to set the ground work for each location and contractual services to be provided. At <br />this meeting we will formally introduce our management team and present our yearly maintenance <br />plan as well as our first month's schedule. <br />VisualScape will assign the management, supervision, and crews that will service the City of <br />Sunny Isles. VisualScape will conduct a site visit with the Contract Manager, Production Manager, <br />and crew Supervisor to clearly define site boundaries and required services to be provided at each <br />location prior to the commencement of the first service. During this meeting we will also conduct <br />our first tool box safety meeting in which we will discuss in detail the safety and MOT <br />requirements of this contract. <br />The first month services an <br />d schedules will be modified as the month .goes on, and our crews <br />evaluate how to effectively complete the services at each location. Our team will also familiarize <br />themselves with each site and ensure that all work is conducted at optimum times considering both <br />pedestrian and vehicular traffic. During the initial three months both the Contract manager and the <br />Production Manager will be present during each service, to ensure that all services are being <br />completed accurately, with optimum quality, and safely. <br />Our approach and work plan <br />will be the most beneficial to Sunny Isles' locations because <br />VisualScape currently has highly experienced personnel and all the equipment required to <br />
