The <br />areas of Collins Avenue and Sunny Isles Blvd. that are twice per day should be performed <br />early morning and the second run should start at 3:00 p.m. How many hours depends on <br />your means and methods. In various places of the ITB, the City mentions a "Performance and Payment Bond" but <br />only provide a "Performance Bond". Will you require the P&P bond or just Performance <br />bond? If P&P is required will you provide the Bond Form prior to the 10/01/2020 bid date? <br />If not will we be able to use the Surety's P&P Bond forms? Can the Performance Bond (or <br />P&P bond) be annually renewable? <br />A20. The payment bond will be required upon contract award, using the �uimy, Uumpany <br />Al document 312.
