His background includes leadership roles <br />of increased responsibilities at Allstate Insurance, McKinsey & Company, and AIG. He <br />earned his Executive MBA from the University of Miami and Bachelor’s in Economics <br />from FIU. <br />Mario Cantero, Landscape Manager. <br />Email: mcantero@sfmservices.com <br />Mr. Cantero oversees all landscape operations. He has over fifteen (17) years of <br />experience in the service industry. Mr. Cantero is FNGLA Certified Horticultural <br />Professional and licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator. Mr. Cantero is currently <br />seeking certification as Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture. <br /> <br /> <br />Robert Montesino, Project Manager. <br />Email: rmontesino@sfmservices.com <br />Mr. Montesino brings over 20 years of landscape expertise to SFM. Mr. Montesino is <br />a certified GCSAA Class A Superintendent and field expert in Golf Course Maintenance. <br />He has vast knowledge in grasses and re-grassing, chemical and fertilizer application, <br />grounds maintenance, and installation. He also holds a license in pesticide application. <br />Mr. Montesino oversees supervision of personnel, purchasing of supplies, budget <br />preparation, payroll, capital improvement projects, and maintenance of equipment. <br /> <br />Vania Alvarez, Administrative Assistant. Ms. Alvarez has over 15 years of <br />administrative experience. She verifies daily payroll for all landscape employees, <br />generates master shift schedules, work orders, and project punch lists.
