Joe Pinon, Director of Human Recourses.Mr. Pinon oversees all aspects concerning <br />Human Resources including Recruiting, Employee Drug Testing, Employee Criminal <br />Background Checks, Social Security Verification, and Payroll Compliance. Mr. Pinon is <br />also SFM’s Risk Manager and head of our Safety Committee Organization. Mr. Pinon <br />is a certified instructor in OSHA trainings and administers education and training <br />material to all managers, supervisors, and workers. Employees with any work-related <br />issues or accidents report to Joe routinely. <br /> <br />Danny Sandoval, Safety and Quality Control Inspector. Mr. Sandoval has been with <br />SFM for 6 years. He is SFM’s landscape division safety and quality control officer. Mr. <br />Sandoval conducts daily site inspections and measures our performance using our <br />web-based quality control program Orange QC. His reports include photos, <br />timestamps, and GPS ensuring each inspection accurately reflects how each site is <br />maintained. He also conducts safety inspections while onsite enforcing safety <br />regulations on our crews. <br /> <br />Alirio Alcala, Fleet Manager. Mr. Alcala plans, directs, and coordinates the operation <br />of SFM’s entire fleet of vehicles and equipment. Some of his duties are: Preventive <br />Maintenance to Equipment, Vehicles, Fuel Control & Management, & GPS Tracking <br />Management. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Lazaro Diaz, Controller.Mr. Diaz is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with 14 years <br />of business and accounting experience. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche, <br />LLP, a global professional services firm, where he served as the practice manager for <br />the health and life sciences industry group. Mr. Diaz is directly responsible for all <br />accounting and finance functions inclusive of revenue cycle management, cost <br />accounting, treasury, and financial reporting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />75 <br /> <br />
