FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND <br />SUPERIOR LANDSCAPING & LAWN SERVICE. INC. <br />CON"TR4CT NO. 6841401 <br />(PRIMARY PARKS& REC AGREEMENT) <br />This First Amendment to the Agreement between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />(" " v ) and SUPERIOR LANDSCAPING & LAWN SERVICr,,, INC. ("Contractor") executed this <br />l2vuay of _, 2020, is made a part of the anginal Agreement dated July 10, 2018 <br />("the Agreement"), attached hereto as Attachment "A", between the City and Contractor. The City and <br />Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br />1. EXTENSION OF INrr1A1. TERM. The Parties hereby agree to amend Section :3, by <br />eliminating the existing language in its entirety, and replacing it with the language set (brth below., <br />Subject to the provisions relating to the termination of this Agreement as set forth in Section 7 <br />hereunder, the term of this Agreement sltall have an effective commencement date of August 1, 2018 <br />and shall terminate no Mer than twenty-seven (27) months thereafter. <br />2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.,The Parties wish to amend Section 4 of the Agreement <br />("Compensation"), to provide additional compensation in an amount not to exceed Twenty -Five <br />Thousand Dollars (525,000.00). This almoutlt will bring the total contract arllount not to cxcecd One <br />Million Three Hundred Forty -Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Dollars (S 1,348.870.00). <br />3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN 1N EF'F'ECT. Except as specifically modified herein, all <br />terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties dated July 10, 2018, shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
