CTA Project No. 19-0035-001-01 01025-3 Golden Shores Street Lighting <br />October 12, 2020 SIB Bid No. 20-09-01 <br />I. Item No. 8 – #6 Wire Installed in Conduit <br />Measurement and payment for #6 Wire shall be based upon the linear footage of conduit <br />installed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Payment for <br />conduit installation will be made at the unit price per LF. Price will constitute f ull <br />compensation for furnish and installation, and connections. <br /> <br />J. Item No. 9 - #3 Wire Installed in Conduit <br />Measurement and payment for #3 Wire shall be based upon the linear footage of conduit <br />installed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Payment for <br />conduit installation will be made at the unit price per LF. Price will constitute f ull <br />compensation for furnish and installation, and connections. <br />K. Item No. 10 - Furnish and Install Light Fixture, Pole, and Pullbox <br />Measurement and Payment shall be based upon each light pole, complete with fixture, <br />pole box, and necessary appurtenances installed and accepted by City. Payment will be <br />based upon a complete installation including wiring, grounding and connecting; however, <br />foundation will be under separate pay item. <br />L. Item No. 11 – Pre-cast Foundation <br />Measurement and Payment shall be based upon each foundation installed. Payment will <br />be based upon a complete installation however foundation will be paid congruent with the <br />payment for the pole which it serves. <br />M. Item No. 12 – Spread Footing <br />Measurement and Payment shall be based upon each spread -footing installed. Payment <br />will be based upon a complete installation however spread -footing will be paid congruent <br />with the payment for the pole which it serves. Spread footings will only be utilized where <br />necessary and only with prior approval from City. <br />N. Item No. 13 – Temporary Asphalt <br />Measurement and Payment for temporary asphalt surface will be based upon the total SY <br />of asphalt patch provided. Payment will be based upon the number of square yards of <br />asphalt patch provided and accepted by the ENGINEER, and as shown on the Plans. The <br />price bid shall be full compensation for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment <br />required for a complete asphaltic concrete installation . Where necessary asphaltic <br />concrete surface course for permanent paved driveway repairs (entire approach) will be <br />paid for under this item. Replacement of permanent pavement markings and reflective <br />pavement markers removed or obliterated by the CONTRACTOR’s operation, whether in <br />the area of the new pavement or not , will be included under this pay item. The price bid <br />shall be full compensation for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment for a complete <br />installation. <br />O. Item No. 14 – Project Contingency <br />This item accounts for all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for <br />modification or extra work required to complete the Project because of unforeseen <br />conditions, unforeseen conflicts between existing elements of work and the proposed <br />work; for minor changes required to resolve any unforeseen conditions, Revised <br />Regulations, Technological and Products Development, Operational Changes, Schedule <br />Requirements, Program Interface, Emergencies and Other Miscellaneous Costs; and for <br />adjustments to estimated quantities installed; and associated time related to work.
