<br />CTA Project No. 19-0035-001-01 01050-2 Golden Shores Street Lighting <br />October 12, 2020 SIB Bid No. 20-09-01 <br />3. Replace control points that may be lost or destroyed. Establish replacements based <br />on original survey control. <br />4. ENGINEER will identify existing control points and property line corner stakes <br />indicated on Drawings, as required. <br />1.05 PROJECT SURVEY REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Establish a minimum of two permanent bench marks on the project site, all referenced to <br />data established by survey control points. Record locations, with horizontal and vertical <br />data, on Project Record Documents. <br />B. Establish lines and levels, locate and lay out, by instrument and similar appropriate means. <br />1. Site improvements <br />C. Verify layouts by same methods from time to time. <br />1.06 RECORDS <br />A. Maintain a complete, accurate log of control and survey work as it progresses. <br />B. On completion of major site improvements, prepare a certified survey showing finished <br />dimensions, locations, angles and elevations of construction. <br />C. On request of ENGINEER, submit documentation to verify accuracy of field survey work. <br />D. Submit certificate, duly signed and sealed by the surveyor, certifying that elevations and <br />locations of improvements are in conformance with Contract Documents. <br />1.07 PROJECT SIGNS <br />A. Subject to compliance with local regulations and prior approval of CITY as to size, design, <br />type and location, CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors may erect temporary signs for <br />purposes of identification. Signs for maintenance and control of traffic may also be required <br />and/or approved. <br />B.
