Partial, incomplete or illegible submittals will be returned to the CONTRACTOR for <br />resubmittal without review. <br />C. Shop drawings shall include but not be limited to: <br />1. Product data sheets. <br />2. Catalog cuts for each Luminaire type showing performance and construction <br />details of standard Luminaires, and complete working drawings showing all <br />proposed construction details of special or modified standard Luminaires. <br />3. Photometric curves. <br />4. Lamp and LED data including efficiency (Efficacy lumens/watt) information. <br />5. Ballast and LED Driver information <br />6. Catalog data including applicable coefficients of utilization tables, isolux chart of <br />illumination on a horizontal plane, beam efficiency, horizontal and vertical beam <br />spread, and beam lumens. <br />7. Custom wiring diagrams for each individual lighting contactor. Standard wiring <br />diagrams that are not custom created by the manufacturer for the individual <br />lighting contactors for this project are not acceptable. One (1) wiring diagram <br />which is typical for all lighting contactors is not acceptable. Each wiring diagram <br />shall include wire identification and terminal numbers. Indicate all devices, <br />regardless of their physical loca tion, on the diagrams. Identify on each respective <br />wiring diagram specific equipment names and equipment numbers consistent <br />with those indicated on the drawings. <br />8. System (entire Luminaire assembly) efficiency data. <br />9. Pole calculations. <br />D. Shop drawings shall be submitted to the ENGINEER for review and acceptance for all <br />Luminaires before Luminaires and poles are manufactured. Substitutions will be <br />permitted only if acceptable to the ENGINEER. <br />E. Manufacturer’s catalog number and description in the Lumin aire schedule on the <br />Contract Documents establishes a level of quality, style, finish, etc. The use of a catalog <br />number describing the various types of Luminaires shall be used as a guide only, and <br />does not exclude all the required accessories or hardware that may be required for a <br />complete installation. <br />1.05 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall submit Operation and Maintenance Manuals in accordance with <br />the procedures and requirements set forth in the General Conditions and Divi sion 1. <br />1.06 TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND SPARE PARTS <br />A. All spare parts as recommended by the equipment manufacturer shall be furnished to <br />the COUNTY by the CONTRACTOR. The following minimum spare parts shall be <br />furnished: <br />1. A minimum of one (1) LED driver for eve ry ten (10) drivers (of the same type) <br />installed.
