<br />Juan H. Vazquez, PE, PH, BCEE – Hydraulics, Stormwater/Drainage
<br />Mr. Vazquez has more than 35 years of civil engineering experience including the preparation of stormwater
<br />master plans, drainage studies, street improvements, designed highways, interchanges, intersections, both
<br />urban and rural, prepared pavement designs, transportation studies, permitting through multiple agencies,
<br />hydrologic-hydraulic and scour studies, utility relocations, etc. He is a Professional Hydrologist and a Board
<br />Certified Environmental Engineer in the specialty of water supply and wastewater. His relevant experience
<br />includes SR-A1A, FDOT District 4; FDOT District 6 Drainage Permit Coordinator; Northlake Boulevard over the
<br />Loxahatchee Slough, Palm Beach County, Florida; and NW 5th Street Bridge Replacement, FDOT District 6.
<br />Robert J. Behar, PE – Civil Engineering/Maintenance of Traffic
<br />Mr. Behar possesses a vast experience in the planning, design, and management of transportation
<br />projects nationwide. He has worked on projects for many municipalities throughout South Florida. He is
<br />RJ Behar’s President and oversees the firm’s full operation. Mr. Behar has over 45 years of experience. His
<br />project experience includes NW 87th Avenue (SR-973/Galloway Road), SR-932/49th Street, SR-94/Kendall
<br />Drive, SR-A1A Resurfacing, Westwind Park Improvements - City of Lauderhill, Northlake Boulevard over
<br />the Loxahatchee Slough, Palm Beach County, McDonald Park Pedestrian Bridge, Miami-Dade County,
<br />Florida - City of Hialeah.
<br />Hans Murzi, PE, CFM – Hydrologic/Hydraulic, Drainage Design
<br />Mr. Murzi is a water resources engineer with 18 years of experience including hydrologic and hydraulic analysis,
<br />utility projects and modeling of rivers and flood control systems, natural resources restoration projects, and
<br />watershed management. He has experience with rural and roadway drainage design, drainage field
<br />inspections, drainage plan reviews. Mr. Murzi has experience utilizing several computer programs such as
<br />XPSWMM, SWMM, HEC-RAS, AdICPR, MIKE SHE/MIKE 11, ASAD, ArcGIS. Mr. Murzi has a master’s degree in
<br />environmental engineering, is registered P.E. Florida License No. 67767 since 2008, and is also a Certified
<br />Floodplain Manager No. US-14-07768. He is a member of the ACEC-FL Water Resources Committee and serves
<br />as one of two District Drainage Engineers for the Central Broward Water Control District. His project experience
<br />includes the City of Pompano Beach Lyons Park Neighborhood Improvement; Seawall Design at Tobie Wilson
<br />Park, Town of Medley; and Stormwater Master Plan Implementation for NW 29th Street and NW 31st Street,
<br />City of Doral.
<br />Paola Riveros, PE – Civil/Site, Roadway Design, Signing & Pavement Marking, Signalization
<br />Ms. Riveros has 20 years of roadway and drainage design experience and has been responsible for the
<br />preparation of roadway plans, drainage plans, signalization, signing and marking, permitting, maintenance
<br />of traffic and site plans throughout South Florida. She has assisted in drainage computations for the
<br />Florida Department of Transportation and for numerous city projects. Ms. Riveros has also performed
<br />construction cost estimates for improvements that included street construction, building construction,
<br />and landscaping projects. Her experience in roadway/drainage includes SW 136th Street from US-1 to Old
<br />Cutler Road LAP Project, Village of Palmetto Bay/FDOT District 6; NE 151st Street Improvements, Oleta
<br />Partners LLC/Miami-Dade County; NW 102nd Avenue from NW 142nd Street to NW 145th Place, Miami-
<br />Dade County, Florida – City of Hialeah.
