Tasks <br />included preliminary engineering surveys; Boundary Surveys; Legal Descriptions; R/W Survey; Specific Purpose Survey; Topographical <br />Surveys; General Land and Aerial Photography Surveying; Coastal Construction Control Line; Mean High Water Line; Submerged/Filled <br />Lands; GPS and GPR Surveys; and Horizontal and Vertical Control Points. FRA provided Elevation Certificates for 18 of the City of Miami’s <br />properties, including the police sub station, fire station, community center, garden center and conservatory, and Colony Theater. FRA <br />provided a Topographic Survey on A1A from 5th St to 14th St, extending 50’ at every intersection. Projects assigned by District 6 included the establishment of <br />baselines, reference points, benchmarks, cross sections, topographical features, DTM, GPS, and monumentation for R/W and control maps. <br />On Atlantic Isles, FRA used the mobile LiDAR to scan the island for a 3D Topographic Survey, creating a 3D point cloud of data. Services include static and mobile LiDAR, field Surveys, MOT, Historical Baseline and Existing R/W Determination, <br />GPS Surveys, Topographic/DTM Surveys, General Land and Aerial Photography Survey, Monumentation Surveys, Bathymetric Surveys, <br />Utility Designation and Excavation including GIS files, Tree Surveys, R/W Surveys, R/W Maps, Maintenance Maps, R/W Monumentation <br />Maps, Boundary Surveys, Quality Assurance Reviews, Title Search Plotting Maps, Sketches, Parcel Staking, and Legal Descriptions. <br />e. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) <br />City of Doral, Canal Bank Stabilization Program Management: Year 7 <br />(Doral, FL) <br />(2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />2019 <br />CONSTRUCTION (IF APPLICABLE) <br />N/A <br />(3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE <br />FRA performed a Topographic and Bathymetric Surveys for Canal Bank Remediation and Stabilization at various locations. FRA provided <br />135 cross-sections across the canal at 50’ intervals, which were tied to known datum so they could be used in future design projects and be <br />incorporated into the City’s GIS database.
