<br />FRA provided surveying and mapping services to the City of Miami Beach in this multi-task, multi-year survey and SUE contract. Tasks
<br />included preliminary engineering surveys; Boundary Surveys; Legal Descriptions; R/W Survey; Specific Purpose Survey; Topographical
<br />Surveys; General Land and Aerial Photography Surveying; Coastal Construction Control Line; Mean High Water Line; Submerged/Filled
<br />Lands; GPS and GPR Surveys; and Horizontal and Vertical Control Points. FRA provided Elevation Certificates for 18 of the City of Miami’s
<br />properties, including the police sub station, fire station, community center, garden center and conservatory, and Colony Theater. FRA
<br />provided a Topographic Survey on A1A from 5th St to 14th St, extending 50’ at every intersection. The Topographic Survey showed existing
<br />R/W Lines, Section Lines, trees with a trunk diameter of 3 inches or more, and all above ground features. A Topographic Survey and Map of
<br />Survey of the Maintenance Yard Facility was prepared using a Leica P20 HD scanner, creating a 3D model of the facility.

<br />Rescue South, SW 328th Street from SW 187th Avenue to US 1. Field crews used tablets with Survey 123 and automated dropdown menus
<br />to collect all required information, take photos of the utility and surrounding area, sketch the location, and record the GPS locations.

<br />FRA provided SUE services and designated/marked utility lines, which were surveyed and incorporated into the Topographic Survey. FRA
<br />coordinated with each utility agency to identify the location of all existing underground utilities in case that this information was needed.
<br />FRA performed 49 vacuum excavation Test Holes to confirm the location of the underground utility lines in conflict with the proposed 36-
<br />inch water line. Test Hole Reports were prepared detailing the pipe (utility) information, including diameter, material, and the depth of the
<br />top and bottom pipe cover.

<br />FRA provides SUE services to locate identified utilities and designate sufficient locations via GPR to delineate the existing underground
<br />utilities. Field crews use tablets with automated dropdown menus to collect all required information, take photos of the utility and
<br />surrounding area, sketch the location, and record the GPS locations. The final deliverable includes 3D Test Hole Reports with thorough
<br />utility information, such as a description, pipe size, utility owner, condition, and horizontal and vertical locations.
